At LeadMash (a product of Gofindy.io, operated by GOFINDRA PRODUCT TECH LLP), we prioritize transparency and customer satisfaction. This Refund and Cancellation Policy aligns with applicable consumer protection laws and our payment processing partner's guidelines.

1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be granted under the following conditions:

• Technical Issues: Verified issues that prevent access to the core features of our software.
• Consumer Right to Cancel:
  • If you are a consumer in the EU, you may cancel your purchase within 14 days of purchase unless the service has been fully utilized or delivered (e.g., data has been downloaded or significant usage has occurred).
  • To exercise this right, contact support@leadmash.io with your order details.

Non-Refundable Items

• Payments for services or features successfully accessed and utilized.
• Subscription fees for billing cycles already in progress, unless there is a verified issue with the Service.

2. Refund Process

All refunds will be processed through our payment partner. To request a refund, provide the following details:

• Transaction ID
• Purchase date
• Description of the issue or reason for cancellation

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days of approval.

3. Chargebacks

Chargebacks initiated without prior communication may result in account suspension or termination. If you experience issues, please contact us before initiating a chargeback.

4. Subscription Cancellations

• Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting support@gofindy.io.
• Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. Access to the Service will continue until the end of the cycle.
• Refunds for unused portions of the billing cycle are not provided.

5. Compliance with Consumer Protection Laws

This policy complies with applicable consumer protection laws, including the EU Consumer Rights Directive, and respects the terms set by our payment partner.
